Positive: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was awesome. They were just really happy and helpful. Food was good.

Negative: Advertised as rustic caves however I think it is a bit deceiving. You are not staying in one of the large stone structures, you are staying close to the main business strip and the room is actually underground. The pool was not in good shape. It still might be early in the season however it was just a big green mess

Positive: The lady who served breakfast was lovely

Negative: The shower leaked the whole time which then made a puddle at the base of the toilet bowl, every time you used the toilet you would get wet feet. The wifi doesn’t work in all the rooms. The shower head was fixed once we asked for it to be fixed. Would be great if the mini fridge and kettle didn’t have to share one power plug, this was annoying when needing to use the kettle and then re-plugging in the fridge. The hotel kindly offered the hot air balloon for €130 however it was only €50 on the street at many shops on the same day. That was a kick in the guts feeling over charged.

Summary: Wouldn’t stay here again.

Positive: Awesome location. Quite good breakfast. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Comfortable bed. Huge shower.

Negative: Bed was making loud noise with lightest movement on my side. I assume that either something was broken or had some loose screws.

Positive: It was my 2nd stay and hope not last. Very good location, super friendly and helpful staff, great communication even before arrival. Big thank you to Güzde - she welcomed us so warm and food at breakfast was delicious. Room big, bed huge and extra comfy, bathroom and shower big… Great place with great hospitality- highly recommend

Positive: This journey was the most surprising aspect of my stay in Cappadocia. Firstly, its geographical location is extremely advantageous, with almost all the attractions being very convenient. Moreover, it only takes ten minutes to walk to see the night view.What surprised me the most was that I met an employee of this hotel（ Farshid Sarwary☺️☺️ ） He is not only sincere in treating people, but also very enthusiastic in his work. He is also very energetic and kind. Choosing this hotel is the luckiest thing for me. I hope all travelers to Cappa can choose this hotel
